Q1 :What should I do If my ID does not have a barcode or is lost?

Answer;

a-Inform the Spike Help Desk or the Spike coordinator before attending an event.  

b-Besides your Student ID, bring  another ID with a picture (driving license) to show the spike team

Q2: When Should I check my attendance?

 Answer:

-Attendance data is loaded on the Spike Web page at the end of each week, not earlier.        

-Check your attendance the following week.

- If you cannot find the information the following week, get in touch with the HELP DESK or the SPIKE coordinator immediately.   

 -Late petitions will not be taken into consideration.

Q3- How many spike courses do I have to take each semester?

Answer:

 you have to take only one spike course for each semester. Only those who are about to graduate can take more than one.

Q4: What should I do if my spike courses are not on my transcript although I have registered?

  Answer:

Get in touch with your advisor and then write a petition to the Department of General Education, Spike Coordinator as soon as possible.

Q5: What happens if I attend the same spike event twice or three times ?

Answer:

your attendance will be counted as one.

Q6 : Who we take  attendance in  exhibitions?

 Answer:

Check the precise time of attendance before you go to the event

Q7 : SPIKE team believes in honesty and those who attempt cheating will be punished.  The following actions are counted as Cheating.

1-attending the event on behalf on someone else.

2-Using other student's ID

3-Trying to register another student to the event who does not actually attend.

4-Coming to the event late.

5-Leaving before the event comes to an end. 

Q8  :What will be happened if you attempt cheating in Spike Events?

SPIKE assistants will take your Student's ID and you will receive an oral warning, If cheating is repeated, you will be sent to Disciplinary Committee.
